This prestigious project features 25 one and two bedroom apartments in South Wales, designed to attract young professionals seeking luxury serviced living. The development prioritises high quality finishes and contemporary design, incorporating amenities such as a communal social area, spacious gardens, a fitness suite, and shared laundry facilities. Residents also benefit from hotel-style guest bedrooms for hosting family and friends.

Working closely with JB Kind, the developer selected 30 minute fire-rated Mistral Walnut doors for the communal areas. The solid FD30 Mistral Walnut doors were ideal for apartment entrances, while JB Kind’s in-house joinery team prepared glazed fire doors for the communal spaces and stairwells. Over 50 Mistral Walnut doors were supplied for the project.

Inside the apartments, JB Kind’s Quattro doors with a smooth primed finish were chosen. More than 130 Quattro doors were supplied, most of which were FD30 fire-rated. The contractor painted the doors onsite, some of which were finished in a contemporary dark green to complement the modern kitchen designs.

In line with modern interior design trends, the developer sought to incorporate acoustic wall panelling in both the apartment living spaces and communal areas. JB Kind’s oak veneer acoustic wall panels were the perfect choice, to complement the door styles.

These panels stood out not only for their aesthetic appeal but also for their durability, acoustic sound absorption qualities, and eco-friendly fire retardant backing made from recycled materials.
