Life couldn’t be a rosier shade of Pink at JB Kind!

The JB Kind team were feeling very Pink on Friday 23rd October, as we joined in with thousands of others across the UK to support breast cancer research.  Our 10th year ‘Wearing it Pink’ we’re pleased to confirm a brilliant fundraising total of £400!

Apart from the obligatory ‘Wear as much Pink as you can’ challenge, which our Warehouse team took very seriously this year, modelling very stylish pink hi-vis vests!  The team dug deep for what had to be one of our best Raffles to date.  The top prize was a day’s holiday, kindly donated by our Managing Director, James Cadman.  As well as, a spa day, meal for two, golf lesson, garden centre vouchers, a car valet and lots more delightful treats.

Jane Horobin, Wear it Pink Co-coordinator Extraordinaire! says: “Wear it Pink’s Breast Cancer Campaign is a great cause and like many, the disease has affected several of my close friends.  This was our 10th Wear it Pink day and one of our best yet.  I was overwhelmed by the generosity of local businesses and the JB Kind team certainly didn’t let me down with their support and contributions.  Roll on 2016!  As we’ll be continuing with our efforts to help beat breast cancer”.
